Wajdi Marroun is the Managing Director at Versatile International.
With two decades of experience in the construction industry and extensive experience in the consultancy sector, Wajdi plays a pivotal role in the strategic leadership, growth strategies, operational management and corporate governance of the organization.
Wajdi’s prior experience includes a decade of senior roles in Australia, leading Operations for Absolute Tiling Solutions and Commercial Management for Versatile Group. Throughout his career, he has demonstrated a keen ability to streamline operations, manage and increase financial performance, and mitigate risks, all while staying attuned to market trends and regulatory changes.
Leading a diverse team in the Middle East, Wajdi is dedicated to team leadership, mentoring senior consultants, and fostering a collaborative culture. He also cultivates strong client relationships, working closely with key stakeholders to help realize their vision by overseeing the delivery of high-quality services.
Wajdi has a Bachelor of Business in Marketing and a Masters of Professional Accounting and has lived in Dubai since 2022.

James Radcliffe is a highly experienced recruitment professional with over 20 years of expertise across the UK, Asia Pacific and the Middle East. He brings a proven track record in executive search, talent acquisition and building high-performing recruitment operations across competitive international markets.
James began his career in London, where he spent eight years in global real estate search before progressing into consumer-focused executive search, managing C-suite mandates and cultivating strong relationships with senior industry leaders across multiple sectors.
His international career has spanned some of the world's leading recruitment firms. At Korn Ferry in Singapore, he led the Southeast Asia Real Estate practice within the broader Industrial division. At Robert Walters in Hong Kong, he built and led the regional Sales and Marketing practice, driving a collaborative, performance-focused culture that delivered consistent outcomes for clients across diverse industries.
James relocated to the Middle East in 2020, where he has developed a deep understanding of regional talent markets across the UAE and GCC. His ability to combine global perspective with local market knowledge has established him as a trusted advisor to organisations seeking senior talent in a complex and fast-moving landscape.
As General Manager of TLH Recruitment Middle East, James leads the firm's recruitment operations across the UAE and GCC. He is responsible for driving the firm's growth strategy, operational performance and client relationships in the region - ensuring TLH Recruitment delivers the same standards of quality, integrity and professionalism that define the brand internationally.
Outside of work, James is a keen sports enthusiast and enjoys spending time with his wife and two children.
